Its basically a number of different physical activities spread around a room in stations...so station one might be press-ups,station 2 a treadmill,station 3 situps etc etc and you basically go round each one in a circuit spending 1minutes doing that exercise to exhaustion.
So for boxerise it might be 1minute on the pads at station one,station 2 shadow boxing,station 3 skipping etc etc.
