No, actually I didn't. I'm a 9.5 in all the 80s I have but I tried on the Eldridge "skates" of the same series a while back and at least for me in 9.5 they were slightly tighter than 80s in usual and 10 felt more comfy without being too loose so I decided to go with my normal size with these black ones. I guess if necessary, I could go half a size down but I'm perfectly happy with these already.
