I think you'll be fine too with a UK 10.

I bought mine in UK 11 which is what I always wear, and they do feel like they're at least half a size too big. Even bigger than 80s usually are IMO.

PS: if your atmos are UK 10.5 and too big you should really consider looking for a UK 10 and sell your UK 10.5s to ME...
