I have this problem for Mrs FC and them some; there just ain't many soops around in UK3.5.
Even that is too big for her UK3 is best but never found any nice ones in that size, anything lower than UK 5 and your in the adidas "junior/kids" range. Does your wife like Mr Bump?
Sometimes you have to search on t'Bay with Euro sizes so UK 3.5 is "Eu 36" or "Gr 36" in germany.
UK4.5 is eu/gr 47 1/3 - US womens 6 (but US boys will be different
)
It's best to check first with vendor before pulling the trigger, it can drive you nuts with all the size conversions.
