Looks tasty Ace, but as so many other, I would dump the egg.
The biggest burger in Helsinki was called Empire state burger and there was three full burgers piled up and pierced together with huge cocktail stick. Two beef burgers and one chicken. But it was just huge, taste could have been much better.
