Here in the Netherlands we compare 'em with almost everything that is round, so also gehaktballen (meatballs in Dutch) is an accepted term to refer to a pair of melons, jugs, hooters, baps, knockers, norks and a whole load more
From now on I will try even better to post in good English instead of my Denglish
