Pretty sure that the decapitation is Chechen soldiers lopping off the heads of captured Russian soldiers. Whenever they captured a young draftee, they'd get the rusty knife out, film it and send it to the russian media. The media then put it out for the masses. They made loads of those tapes during the war, only ever did it with the young ones.
