He means the white consortiums with blue snake stripes and heel, there are lots of pics of them around.
And yes, I think the shells of RHCPs are more on the greyish side and IBs more on the dark greenish or brownish side. Not black. My Paris' also have a bit of that jizz on the shells and they're blue.
