The heel "clits" have only been an issue starting from the 35th series since late '04/early '05. Many genuine models made before that often had them. Can't help more as i don't have those. 
Another thing is, whether (m)any of the pre-'05 models are commonly known to have been faked which I guess would make it much harder to tell the difference between the fakes and the genuine ones just by the heel clits. I have never seen that being discussed here so I doubt those sharkskins are fakes.

Doing nothing is very hard to do... you never know when you're finished.
