Companies like Adidas should put more pressure on eBay. It's ing how much fake stuff there is listed - and everytime you list something you are agreeing to their terms of no counterfeit items and they say there are systems in place to stop this......but they are clearly not working.

It seems to me that if something is reported as fake then the most that can happen (but normally doesnt) is the listing is removed. Surely they should get this confirmed by someone in the know and if they are fake then that user should be banned (depending on the number of items etc).

But imagine how much money eBay would lose if they stopped selling fakes!!

Must be millions of pounds per year surely?!! Shocked
