Jam, if you question is directed at me, I pre-ordered these from Hip Leeds. Mr Spite informs us as well that Oki-Ni have them also.

Although they are vins, they do not come with "vin" laces!

They come with both white and mid-grey laces. Same width as vins (about 10mm). Good quality ones, not like the shits they put in the 80's, but they are just flats.
