Spent all day yesterday up in an old local quarry on my bike. Lil Miss Shellshock was with me on her little 20" wheel bike so I built a tiny little tabletop jump and launched her off it
It was one of those awesome parent/child moments where I was fit to burst with pride as I watched my 11 year old fly past with the wind beneath her tyres, airborne on a bike for the first time. The landing resulted in a crumpled heap of child and bike but after the tears were wiped away she got back on and did it again and again. Magic moments.
