I dont know why he didnt in the 1st place, being that he physically sent me a paypal invoice to pay, and i paid it straight away... I was so angry the other day I told him I wanted my money back (this was monday morning) and he promised to refund on the day, in a message i got just before lunch, and yet I still havent had the money back! but now I am seriously on the verge of making a complaint to paypal, I paid on 21st of march and still haven had the pro models or the bloody refund! ok so hes had some issues, but he is taking the piss now!!
