Well me feet must be shrinking cos they are actually a pretty close fit, so maybe just a little stretching and the continued use of very thin socks required.
In respect of getting the plate redone, I think it would be just to complex, as it has all the shoes displayed on them. I only actually did about a shoe and a half before realising, but I am afraid I think it is a case of 'whats done is done!'.
The plate already had dents over over it from when the brass knobs on the shoe trees supplied banged it during shipping anyway, so no real loss I guess. At least the shoe horn polished up well!
