Congrats Sk be carefull moving house I broke my toe moving last july. When i bought my first place it was ace then it hits u ahhhhhhhh this is all mine no land lord to ring any more when stuff breaks down.

All i can say is useless buggers the lot of ya But blacks is the best and dark choco is better for u. I just read comments on the chocolate ban. I am doing it for 3 months whilst a mate is on crazy lighter for life plan, soups and shakes for 3 months just trying to support her. Its been quite easy tho. I did used to be proper fitness freak and ate really well. Then i fell of the waggon last summer after hurting my back then breaking my toe. So its sort of fell hand in hand with getting back on the waggon. So am back on the waggon big style now lost half the weight i gained. So another woop whooo.
