Haven't started a new thread in ages...so Ive been thinking about the prices of the 35th collection for awhile now..they don't seem to be fetching a great deal of money on the bay..as I've just posted..just got a pair of LQ's for £46..not the best looking edition, but are deadstock..and this is a general trend...I think we hold them in such high esteem that maybe we value them too highly(in money terms, not in desirability)..I think the real money comes with the consortiums(unions, dmops etc)..these are the REAL rare stuff..genuine ones rarely surface on e-bay..then every one wants them..but every thing else(35th wise..not your diva's/lux's/)seems fairly reasonable. Now,I've not got a long history in collecting..were they fetching greater prices in days gone by?..I have a pair of Paris(too small) and Buenos aires(too girlie)for sale and can't shift them..maybe it's only us guys and gals that wants them!!
