Been placed on hold now several times, having to repeat the tracking number over and over, with 4 different reps. None of them know what is going on, apparently I need to "trace" it to file a claim, but whenever they try to trace it their computer system crashes.
Fedex was my favorite parcel service, but damn this is terrible...every time I talk to someone new also they ask "are you sure that they didn't deliver to the front office of where you live?" Yep, pretty sure, seeing sense how there is no front office....I'm just glad these shoes aren't a pair of Tates or something
