Its a good book and one thats actually respected by personal trainers and people in the industry.You know how you see them pictures of the fat dude then 6wks later he's a mass of well defined supertight muscle mass with a body fat ratio of 0.2 or summat stupid (you too could look like this if u use blah blah blah bolloxs) Well this book has pictures on the front like them but don't let it put you off this book and its programmes does get results
