I still fail to see the elephant connection? Is it just because they have a vey wrinkly look about the leather like a heffalump's skin?

I reckon they're just made from the really crinkly bits of a cow hide that don't normally get used.
All the skin under the legs and shit.
Normally wasted means bigger margins for Adidas for using former scraps.
And they'll double their margin by selling them to us as limited and charging £120.

Probably £100, if they are £120 then Adidas is majorly taking the piss.
Mind you £95 was over the fuckin top for the vintages.

Probably around £90-95 I think.

I asked size? about the Superstar De Lux models and they said they would retail around £100 and I'm guessing the Nubuck Elephants should be just a little cheaper as they don't have a leather shelltoe, but who knows. Either way I'll definitely have a pair!!!
