I don't buy doubles because the money spent on the backup pair could buy me another colourway that I like.
I wear all mine and i've gotten real good at cleaning them if need be so they all still look new as and i'm resolved to the fact
that like myself they too will one day cease to exist......

I've got too many soups on my hit list to be spending my mullah on two of the same. Besides, the wench would cut my balls off if I did, I get enough ear-ache buying just the one pair!

i hear ya on that too. my problem is that i have wide feet. so i have to go a full size up on soops and sometimes it's still a little tight. so when i find a WD colorway that i like, or some skates that i like, i buy doubles since the wides can be hard to come by. and the comfort difference for me is HUGE. gotta love those comfy skates and WD's.
