So here it is.

We started this here forum in 2005 I think... That was TWENTY ONE years ago.

During that huge period of time, we have seen the rise of social media and the "app" based web, and things like forums just kinda died a death didnt they. I mean, we all came on here loads and then sloely we all got busy and distracted with the bullshit social media feeds.

Well, I dont really use social media any more personally. I cant be fucking arsed to read about stuff that doesnt interest me - so I found myself on Reddit and platforms that basically resembled forums..

And, amazingly, after all these years, this is still in the top 5 highest website on my server in terms of traffic. I host like 200 websites and some are legit big websites! Absolutely nuts.

ANY-FUCKING-WAY

I have;

1) Installed brand new forum software, out with the old gremlins, in with the latest version
2) Added a new fully responsive mobile theme - I will be developing this for mobile only pretty much, it will work on desktop BUT i will focus on ensuring the mobile experience is amazing
3) Added cloudflare captcha to logins etc - this is to stop spam as this is and always has been the number 1 biggest pain in the ass when it comes to forums

Thats it so far.

As I have pieced this together from new software and old DBs/images there may be things that appear broken or missing - if you do see anything please just post in here.

**Moving Forward**

I dont know about you guys but I used to fukcing love this place. And whereas I only own a handful of superstars now, I am still loyal to the brand and am I still a big fan of anything with three stripes on it.

I suggest we have a bit of a move about in terms of forums, I think we should encourage other subjects to be discussed - such as music, graffiti, and anything else that comes along with the culture.

As always, I wanna throw the question out to you guys though as this is a community.

OK, just installed push notifications too.

I have literally just hacked it together as can you believe it - there isn't a working official push notification thing for this forum software at all!

Not sure why the push notifications are breaking the quick reply - I will re-enable them later when someone is about just to test if they actually work, before I spend any more time trying to work out why they are borking the form.

Theme/layout is mostly there I think - I may fuck around with the colours but tbh as long as it all works I think im ok with it

It will always work on a desktop buddy kdjt worry, I use it on one when I'm at work but statistically mobile usage is always dominant
