I actually worked a bit on Avatar. Definitely go see it in Dolby 3D if available. The new motion capture technology used is really stunning. Epic sound job as well.
These kicks need their own theme music.

It's not really a film but try to check out the latest episode of Family Guy - they've done another Star Wars parody, the Empire Strikes Back this time. It's pretty funny!

Been looking forward to that new episode.

Did someone already mention Hangover? Watched it the second time yesterday and man it is funny!

Hangover is pretty fucking funny.
I don't think either of the Family Guy Star Wars things are overly funny, but are still worth watching as they are so well done, loads of little details you maybe don't see first time around.
The bit I laughed the most at on both was Chris and Peter arguing about Robot Chicken. Very clever.
