I'd love to see Irish FA take FIFA to court over this.
Maybe now we'll get some video technology for things like this.
Worked for years in Rugby League, time for footy to get into real world.

Got a pair of Supes today that I paid 60 Euro for.
They arrived with tags on them and a price label.. the guy/shop who sold them got them for 20 Euro.. I don't know whether it has left me angry or just amazed at the crassness of leaving the label with the price on in the shoe.
Fair play to him for getting them at that price, but does he really need to inform his clientele of how much mark-up he's charged them, ffs.

What makes my blood boil right now is me an my entire team being told that we will all be made redundant by December 16th. Nice eh, merry fucking christmas!!!
I do have a better chance of continued employment as there are a few managerial positions I can go for, but the rest of my team is essentially shit-canned.
Some days, it just doesn't pay to get outta bed in the morning!

The kid I work with saw his mum for the first time in months last night so he's been messed up all week and nobody thought it'd be worth telling me why. Funding for my job potentially ends at christmas and there's a fair chance I'm gonna be canned too, especially as he's been fucked up all week and as things get closer to christmas he's gonna have problems again.
Oh, and the car wouldn't start after work. Not even the starter motor. My first paycheck in nearly 3 months is going to go on fixing the exhaust and a new battery. Blood suitably boiling.
edit: Just went to move the car back a couple of foot to make some space for my mums car, it won't start full stop now. Fuming.

What make/model of car do you have Reid?
If you need something like a starter motor then get a reconditioned one, you'll save loads, local breakers yard or try a specialist, I did this for years keeping my Golf Driver on the road and it saved £££!

FC know's his shit. I'm fortunate to live a couple of miles away from a VW/Audi breaker. I always check him first when it comes to spares and have saved myself literally hundreds of £££ over the last 7-8 years.

It's a 98 Polo 1.0L (6n1). got a new battery today, hope that fixes it. If not, I'll have to get a new alternator. Rant today is that the battery sapped my wallet and I can't go out tonight. Been looking forward to it all week. Was gonna be a sick night by all accounts.
