Bought Operation Flashpoint for the PS3 on Monday night. Got it from my local Blockbuster store then my mate calls about an hour later and tells me Asda are selling it for a tenner less than I just paid for it, so I'm pissed off bigtime already. Played for an couple of hours that night, played for a few hours on Tuesday, didn't touch it yesterday, played for a few hours today, finished it. Grrrr......

Flashpoint is all about the co-op multiplayer. That's why the original (namesake only) was still going strong 8 years after release.

If the new OPF is that short, i won't even bother with it. I hate short games you get to finish in a matter of few days. I remember playing the original for countless endless nights and weekends until i managed to get to the finish. Then again, maybe i sucked at it so much it took me that long. Still is among my all time fav war games tho.
Doing nothing is very hard to do... you never know when you're finished.

Not only is it short but the vast majority of your time in the campaign is spent hiking over yonder through some of the shittest scenery I've seen since I spent a weekend in Bournemouth. Yes, it's very realistic but I don't want much realism when I'm trying to detach myself from the mediocrity of everyday life by shooting some knobber in the back of the head from 2 miles away

My boss called me way too early this morning and asked me to fill-in my colleague who's sick. Originally I planned to do some work from home which means that I could sleep a lot longer than usually. So I was in pub until closing time 2am drinking beer...
Am I tired? Hell yes! Should have said that I'm sick too!
Have to practice my mid-sleep lie-skills.
