On the job front apparently Nurse training aplications have sored thru the roof. So if any one fancys a career change. I think at times like this u need to think out the box. Sometimes situations like this are like a ray of shining light as I have heard stories where people have totally turned there lives round on the back of losing there jobs and gone on to do totally amazing things. Chin up everyone.

Thanks for all the kind words guys, it's appreciated!
To be honest neither of us really know what to do yet, but we've both got a few months to find something new, so hopefully things work out.
The freaky thing is that the same thing happened 5-6 years ago too, both of us got fired with only two weeks in between - I mean, what are the friggin' odds? ...LOL...
Oh, and I'll keep the girlfriend/wife situation to myself... HAHAHA... that made me laugh!

It sucks to hear that mate but sometimes a change, even a forced one, can turn out for the best.
Hope all goes well for you both.
