I've seen those too, and they are definitely Rocafella clones, only difference is the missing Rocafella logo of course + the colorblock version is a SS2 as opposed to the Rocafellas being a SS1.

They are also available in white/red and white/green.

They're something to do with US Basketball teams I think, either that or there is something else coming out to do with them.
