Samples are marked as samples, dont have boxes and are size US 9 / UK 8.5 (in most cases). The guy has bought some fakes unfortunately. I'm sure that will be confirmed if he tells us the website he bought them from.

that´s what the mediabase says...but believe me...the base is on the dark side...
the g17706 is the deathstar vin
g17708 is hte superstr II darth
officially. That doesn´t mean there are no "fac.defs not in production" out there with the same art.nr. like the "in production"´s
Hey Fritze,

Frag mich nicht. Aktuelle Auktion auf ebay
And I'm asking myself, how do you know? Do they sell stuff like that in Herzo?

I'm sorry Lars. If the S/N is same in both shoes they are fakes and to be honest there are other signs as well.

Not debating that G17708 is the superstar 2 Darth, we're just saying that what the guy has bought it not a legitimate version of the model.
Factory defects are just that defects (as in minor mistakes), there are far to many 'big' differences on the shoes bought, compared to a legitimate version for them to a defect, so therefore are fake, doesn’t matter where is was made or who by.
adidas do let some qc questionable product out of the factories (just ask dutch Bobby
), but there is no way on earth they would let that go into retail, nor would any half decent legitimate shop sell it having seen a legitimate sample at sell-in.

So...fritze´s samples are fake...cause they are uk9???
NOO! U can buy samples in Herzo in size UK12 UK9,5 UK...
The size is def. no indicator for a sample!

I did...so u should read my posts too...
I also said...it is no "sample"
A "sample" as u see it, is ALWAYS an article that goes into production. And it says sample on the tongue. But the are fact.defs. out there without "sample" on the tongue or on the inside of the shoe.
