I was "awarded" one a while back for being a member for a wee while (almost 10 years)
I could always give them a call, however unless you have bought them they say they can't (be arsed to) do anything

them "tates" are a phuckin joke... but to be fair to Mcarthur Glen outlet i have seen the diamond 80's down there, they do sometimes get some rare sneaks in, clearly not that time tho...lol
