Pokey, yeah, they probably are suede but there was no mention of that at the time, they were sold as being sharkskin like.

As for Robrim, maybe the shoes going offline is a blessing in disguise...I know I'd be a bit worried if I forked over $300+ for all of the shoes outside of eBay, and he suddenly disappeared. He could easily just take the money and run.
