Sab that is based on a 30year loan.. .with a15% downpayment Would be tight even on a 35yr.

I was told it would be £1000 set up fee in 2 years time if I only got a 2yr fixed. .its also a £1000 set up fee to take out the mortgage now.
I fucking hate the banks. .charging you a grand to borrow 90k. .with interest rates that mean you actually pay 170k. .wankers

got it in one Mr.P, incapacity pays him £110 a week, and he gets the flat paid for by the government (us lot that actually get off our arse's and work for a living) cause he was "homeless" for about 8 months. even if he does decide to go to work he still gets to keep the flat but for £75 per week. almost half of what it would cost a working person to rent the flat for.

not sure how it works in Holland, but over here if your rich your laughing and if your lazy your laughing. if you go to work and pay your way your fucked.

lol, nah. although it is annoying to hear him moaning that the room his pool table is in is too small to use the proper que's in what he is cheating out of us is far less than any cunt in a suit. Bankers getting millions in bonuses and company owners / shareholders on massive tax dodge's are the ones that should be getting investigated first
