Hi Guys,

I admit that I am not much of a trainer head but I was referred to your forum by Martin (mars_bar) as I have recently purchased a pair of Underworlds in good faith but he says that they may be fake.

The box is flimsy (on the real ones it is very strong).. the laces aren't packed correctly.. the "underworld" isn't straight.. the heels have "heel clits"... they just ain't right I'm afraid fella! Confused

yeah, that type on the heel tab is a dead giveaway.

they don't happen to say 'underworld' on both heel tabs, do they?

They do, should they not? I don't think the guy who I got them from realised TBH, he has agreed to take them back but he is not happy about it either. I guess we have both been conned?

The Underworlds should come with extra Cream and Brown laces, fakes usually seem to be supplied with a Cream and a White.

Real Underworlds has got Underworld on one heel and Tomato on the other.

It's obvious that they're fake, your friend must not now too much about Superstars since he got them. I hope he didn't pay too much.

Welcome my friend. I got stung once through total naivety and will never make the same mistake again.

This site will sort you out but you will end up spending all your spare cash on superstars (which isn't a bad thing 'cos they're super)

Shit man, sorry to see you got ripped off on these (surprised they don't say "Overworld" on the heal strip Laughing)

Stick with us mate. If ever you have doubts check the threadshere regarding fakes and if you're still not sure, the brains in this outfit will be able to advise!.
