Can't believe I've finished the campaign on Veteran already. A total of just over 8hrs gameplay on the hardest setting. I only bought the game on Tuesday morning. I have to say it was amazing in places though [/fucked off]

Yeah, waste of time that little set piece. There's a few more along the way, weak sauce. They just seem as though they were shoehorned in to make it feel a bit more Hollywood. Not just COD though, for the last few years most of the big FPS campaigns have become a token gesture nailed to the side of a online multiplayer game. Which is ok I guess but I loves me old school campaign action

If they really did it primary for multiplayer game then why the fuck it doesn't work? Just shit load of crap that's what it is atm. Some of these MP problems might been solved along with playable demo or public beta. Then some wise ass says that they didn't want to ruin the launch day by letting people play demo/beta before that. Well launch day is gone and the second day and both ruined because of shitty/ N/A multiplayer.
There is still something good in it and I just need to wait 'till they get all the patches done. But a lot is to be done before everything is as should.

just played MW2 at my mates, he bought it today. gotta say, MAD game, only for the most shithouse fact that you cant play multiplayer campaign.. wtf seriously!!! fucking ruined it for me... but did some special opps and there is some hard ass shit there! good fun though
