I'd clean them with a soft toothbrush and some liquid hand soap.
Don't go mental and you should get both stains out.

Depending on the material of the shoe, mix equal parts of lemon juice and white vinegar together, dampen a cloth with it and work the stain towards itself.
Do not scrub.
