You'd have been impressed fella.
Anchovy and Rosemary stuffed into holes in the Lamb leg, turkey crown with bacon, nuff stuffing, snags with pork back, veggy tables and a port and mustard gravy.
All cooked by me !
I gained 7 lbs over the last two days.

I've got to cook the second christmas dinner (for my side of the family) tomorrow. I haven't really thought about it yet - might go to the fish market tomorrow and buy a whale*.

Seal clubbing used to be a hobby of mine until people went crazy for star wars memorabilia. Now I exclusively club Wookies - you can make a fortune on a Wookie pelt in good condition.

I would have posted earlier but I unfortunatley have spent most of Christmas courtesy of the NHS!!!!
Bloody horrible time of the year to be in hospital I must admit!!!!
