Yep the stripes have faded a bit but again i got them on Ebay for 10$
I think i will try to soak them befor i try the washing machine...

Try vanish soap ! I have a pair of hemp safety's & It worked on them . If you need me to get you a bar let me know .

Don't put them in the washing machine for crying out loud, that may well ruin them completely, like BigRob says try vanish stain removing bar - foam it up with an old toothbrush straight from the bar and work it into the stain, you should see it draw the colour out.

It's not that noticeable when it's dry but if it bothers you and you've got to get it out, apply some nail varnish remover or similar solvent and soak the stain in sections then then push hard onto it with kitchen roll.
If you can dissolve the stain it will migrate to the more absorbant material.
