Right, I was trying to do that with the very same pic, how do you make them appear like that without having them in photobucket or whatever?

You have to take the location of the photo itself and post it as an image, same as you would with something in Photobucket.

*Edit.
Just find the picture you want in Google images, click on the full size image then copy and past the URL between IMG tags.
