I'm into my second week of doing Shaun T's Insanity fitness programme. I needed to improve my core big time with the back pain that I have after slipping two discs a few years ago.

Anyone aspiring to get fit for the summer needs to get on this. Hard work but definitely worth it. Still a way to go but planning to stick to it.

Today I have mostly been wading through piles of paperwork, raising purchase orders and generaly getting shit done.

Tomorrow I shall be doing my best to ignore the royal wedding, why people are getting all excited about it is beyond me.

In London enjoying the wedding buzz. Spent time at the abbey walking in all the shots of the foreign tv reporters. also the BBC too next to psycho man with a teddy making it wave.
