mr p, i'll admit to having a few pairs of n*kes, mainly dunk sbs and the fantastic four pack, but none of them really hold a candle to soops. it would sure be nice to see some of those colourways on our beloved adidas (mf dooms, ferris buellers come to mind), but if you can only have one pair, it's got to be something by A. Dassler & Co.

Yeah, there's just a couple of people conspicuously missing from this list and I can only think it's cos they're concerned about pinning their colours to a different mast.

If the fellas at Adidas had never released my teen-hood terrace favourites, the Kegler Supers, then it'd be the Unions for me. But I'm afraid to say to my fellow Superstar addicts that they did release them and after constantly replacing my battered and well worn Keglers for the past 25 years they're the ones I'd have to keep.



The Unions come VERY close though and it'd be a heart wrenching parting of ways. In fact I've got a lump in my throat even as I type.

These would have to be my pick, not the most versatile from a color standpoint but they hide dirt and the hemp makes them damn near indestructible.
