hey pure, don't know if they have got it over there yet but the dfw area in texas and sacramento here in california have a thing were you pay like $25 at the local police department and they install a 1 1/2 inch thin card inside the frame or handle bars if your bike is stolen they can search for it within like a five mile radius. a boy of mine had it done and his got stollen, after calling the po-po within fifteen minutes they had located it, police didn't need a warrant and went in to the perps house and the dumbass was trying to hide the bike under a matress in the back bedroom. ya might want to look into something like that cause five stolen bikes sounds like five too many to me.
