I did half that today (10.7km). My per km time is coming down, but I'm still on the wrong side of 6 min per.

Did 5k at the gym again yesterday, 3rd time in a week, got my time just under 8 minutes per km. Should be able to get that down a fair bit, but deliberately pacing myself, last time I went too fast I knackered my achilles.

Met up with Pay Two and Elin this evening.
Went for a bite to eat in a local Chinese and who should come walking in for a munch ?

Gave him a nod but otherwise left him to his business.

I'd probably lose but I wouldn't have backed down if he was just some bloke on the street.
