Completely agreed: wear them shoes kids. I wear even my rarest or most favorite pairs all the time, and I try to keep the lushest out of harsh weather etc, but when it happens it happens, and you pick up your tooth brush and you make things right. If you're that worried about it then you double up. 'nuff said!

My tuppence worth..
I pretty much wear the small amount I have, the ones I don't wear (mainly cos I don't like them as much) I end up giving to friends who are fucking grateful for what they get. I love superstars (an embarrassing thing to admit sometimes as I try not to be too into 'things') and that means wearing them until they squeak. Most of all I like the way they have refused to die, a bit like vinyl really. And no matter how much Adidas try to revinvent the wheel, they pretty much end up giving us what us we want, simple and beautiful.

lol mr pure i agree with you on 90 % of all of that mate - like i said - i do like to wear my trainers and have never resold any trainers that i have bought just to make a profit - lots of people buy and sell trainers on here all the time (although not for total rip off prices that the trainers in question are going to go for) i wont be buying these trainers as i couldnt afford to take a day off work to stand in a queue and maybe get a pair these kicks are sweet but in all reality it is in the main hype thats fueling the prices these will go for and deleting a part of the thread has in its small little part fuelled it even more to the sellers that are going to rinse the price on these, i like them but say if someone offered me those yodas or the darthvader shell toes instead i would rather spend my cash on those, being a star wars fan more or the secrets out of the 35th anniversary editions over any of the bapes supes that have been out and that are coming out!!!

i dont agree that im a reseller! considering i have never sold any of my trainers and like i said before if i did sell any trainers and made a profit i would just buy more trainers to add to my colection

As a long serving moderator of this forum Adidas and all the collaborating shops past and present reserve a pair of everything just in case I want it and I get a very favourable 65% off. Result!

pure not sure what your problem is with me geezer , i spoke my mind, just saying that i would sell them if someone offered me say a grand for them and i had them !!! what would be your limit so u had these trainers and then someone offered you 10g for them (yes i know that not going to happen) would you sell them.. ???
i wear all of my trainers - i dont sell them never have and doubtful if any of my collection would be worth selling
when you delete what people put on a thread there should be a better reason than not agreeing with their opinions.
