Very very tender. Didn't need much teeth for that.
Can't really describe the taste. Milder than beef, also a bit like game and horse... Try it if you can.

Pretty easy to find if you want it.
I got my butcher in Farringdon to get horse in and that wouldn't even have made the top ten in his weird meat list.
