Footy training on the beach is the best. Absolute killer, but you gotta be at full fitness if your in midfield!

just got back from a grueller day training in the snow with my paintball team (spank) and the lads from manchester method ...covered in welts smell like a tramp and ache all over but was well worth it.. can.t wait for this season begin.....

Finally saw Avatar in 3D tonight with the misses and her son. I loved it. Didn't believe the hype but said we would take him because he kicked ass in school the last couple of weeks. Glad I did!

Flipped them for some fat whites, then robbed them back out for another pair. Just not got around to re lacing them again.
