still miles away from getting back to my 21yo weight, but this makes me wahoo... in the last month and a bit I've dropped about 10kg and fitting into clothes I havent worn in about 2-3 years
the only prob is some really nice adidas clothes I've picked up in the last year or two are too big now
oh and I'm spending 5 days in Sydney next week to look around for an apartment to buy

literally been eating basically just tuna and salad almost everyday and having saturday and sometimes sunday and my "off day" and riding my bike every night
my present is 4 nights in Sydney later in the week to go house hunting

ever since i started the gym up again about 4 months ago i put on about 5 kg. Now with that muscle gain ive started to lose some fat so only dropped around 2 kg of fat.
Got my new runners the other day though, so now the cardio ALSO begins!!! cut some fat off before beach season
