Went and hit about 80 golf balls yesterday for the first time in over a year.
Didn't go too bad considering but I've now got internal bleeding in my hand and my torso is kind of aching.
All part of the rocky road back to golf stardom I guess.

Up early surprisingly as i spent last nite watching movies (transporter3) :THUMBRIGHT: with a nice take-away and some yummy company
Today is all about the cupfinal for me!!manu v spurs kickoff 3pm "COME ON YOU SPURSSSSS"
Should be a good final just hope we pull off a miracle like last season and win
