My lady made mannicotti last night, with fresh garlic and cooked bread. Ive been eating it for the last 2 nights as leftovers because I have been working 12 hour days and not made it home for dinner. It was amazing though. I love fresh cooked garlic spread on French bread!

You Ozzies are missing out big time if you don't eat Kangaroo meat.
There's almost no steak I'd rather eat over that.
It's beautifully tender and tastes great in my opinion.

add some really good smoked bacon

and some fried eggs

garnish of your choice (red sauce and/or red onion chutney for me)

and voila, Mrs FC has been calling it the Tombola Special for years!
