One piece of work down, one to go. Listening to the Wu and getting my sociology on. And getting the new wood flooring cut up. Who says men can't multitask.

Halfway through my 5 hour train ride back from Ottawa. 10 hours on the train out of 24 for a 3 hour visit with an old friend.
Trying to figure out when my iPhone decided to erase all the music off itself!

I've no concept how big Canada and the US are. 10 hours?
We can spend 10 hours on a train here in the UK however that will only involve a journey usually less than 100 miles. The reasons are:
Points failures/no free platforms/wrong type of snow/rain/leaves on the line.
fc is no fan of virgin trains

never could get that 'leaves on the line' bollox.
Just cut down all the bludclart trees around the line.

Then you'd get all the hippies complaining.

Fuck cutting the trees down.
I was right pissed off they did that.
On the old slam door trains there was a brush in front of the electrical contact, worked fine for years but no, couldn't think of that, had to cut a shitload of trees down.
Wankers !
And Dregz, you should be ashamed of yourself for saying that.
I always thought a dread or a Rasta was just a black hippy.

Hmmm. Our trains are diesel so I don't think leaves are a problem. But then the fastest our trains go is about 110km/h.
Had first Thanksgiving dinner last night round midnight. Second is scheduled for 2pm today. Yay turkey!
