Adidas.com. Two weeks ago I placed an order for a tee on sale and tried to use the free shipping code they gave me last time they screwed up my order, the code didnt work. I say screw it and go ahead and pay the fiver to have it shipped. Skip ahead one week and I get a box addressed to me with a big hole on the bottom. I open the box to find an invoice for somebody in Los Angeles for a Firebird TT and a $10 grey Cleveland Cavaliers shirt (not what I ordered), I email 2 of their CS people and bitch them out calmly and collected and get no response. I call them to complain and get the right shirt shipped tome and low and behold, they are out of my size. They ask me to ship the Cavs shirt back and say they will refund my account once they receive the package (doubtful that will happen) and offer me another free shipping coupon. i tell them to take the code and shove it up their ass coz i will never order from them again. I feel cheated, so many years of brand loyalty and this is the thanks I get. Never again! k im done, thanks for your time...

I forgot to add, sellers who post shoes 8 days after they said they would. I do them the courtesy of paying immediately and this is the thanks I get. No explanation at all, Im a reasonable person, tell me something came up and you couldnt ship em and I'll understand. But no, no excuse, no reason, no courtesy, just an automatic email saying your shoes shipped 8 days after they were supposed too. What the hell happened to customer service?!
