Sin you flying on WizzAir? Thats what I took from Katowice to London Stansted back in December of 2004. I can't believe it was almost 5 years ago now. I miss all the traveling I got to do while I was in Europe.
But anyways from what I remember there is a free shuttle that will take you from the airport to the rail, and you can buy a one way ticket on the rail into the city, where you can connect to wherever you need to go to on the Tube.

no, wizzair wants to charge almost 1000 pln! compare it to ryanair - less than 200 pln... 5 times cheaper.
what are you doing now scuderia? do you have facebook?
i don't want to ruin anyone plans, so if we won't make the meeting, that's ok for me..

The cabinet rooms are cool, along with soho, and carnaby street. Brixtons good too.

depends what ya wanna do or see while here.. camden is worth a check & south bank... i would dissagree with the avoid the touristy things, i did a day on the open top tourist bus a few years back, phuckin great way to spend a day if its hot (it was febuary and freezing when i did it but was still good).. people rarely spend time in their own city/country in the way that they do on holiday, they should do, gives you a different perspective on a place.

lol @ lorrie, yeah done that a few times with the open top bus around barcelona during sonar festival. that and walking to the top of sagrada familia...... if you can change the date to the last weekend in august it would be good... then you could go to nottinghill carnival

the station is under the airport so you just take an escalator down (same with the coach park). Getting in late limits the amount of transport going into town and if you want to get a coach then book in advance as late night ones tend to sell out
fast. Dont get the stansted express into london as it is way more expensive.
have a good time
