Well, at least you paid with Paypal and this guys covered up to £500 so you'll get all your money back.
It's a lot of fucking around and you'll have to take them to the Originals store in Paris if nearby or I might be able to get you a letter from the store in London.
Either way, this cocksucker isn't gonna be getting away with it and in time, you'll get your money back.

Firstly a quick apology from me as i contributed to this other thread

but it does seem the ones in the pics on ebay didn't have heel clits as we call them!!And have fooled afew of us on here into pronouncing them 100% legit.Saying that the tags are wrong even in the pictures posted on Ebay so god knows why we said they where legit as thats a bread and butter tell tale sign for us to have easily dismissed them.
Once again sorry charlie and I'm sure all of us @ ssdb will help anyway we can to get you your money back

Thanks for that Pokey.
One of the first things that identified the fakes before the fakers got wise and a bit more careful was the position of the label on the end of the box which is clearly fucked on that listing.
Next was the laces which should look like a slab with very little waisting from the sellotape, which these ones also definitely had.

Okay, we got to the bottom of that then.
Start a claim, give him the required time, give him 2 days to give you the refund then escalate the claim if he doesn't pay up immediately.

RE: Question about Adidas Superstar TATE -
stylz - 07-08-08
Yeah sorry mate for my part in that thread I obviously didn't look at the pics hard enough.

I honestly thought I saw no heel clits, tab on the tag tie and proper packed laces in those pics
and didn't even look at the box label after that, you know what they say- "hindsight is perfect vision"
*For reference they are definitely fake, the dead giveaways that weren't clearly visible in the ebay pics are-
1)The plastic tie holding the tags is not the same as the type used on all 35th anniversary releases.
2)The extra material on the back of the shoes is only present on fake versions no 35th's have it.
3)The label on the box is in the wrong location, all 35th's have a label guide and the label is always placed close to it.
4)The laces are packaged wrong and should fill their plastic bags firmly even where they are taped up in the middle.
I hope this helps you out charlie12 and you get your refund which is most definitely deserved.
